This simple beach cottage needed a few upgrades and once you touch one thing, you might as well do the other thing. We fully remodeled the kitchen and bath to reflect the needs of a modern summer home. Classic white inset cabinetry, quartz countertops, modern stainless appliances and a few well designed details completed this redesign. Removing the radiator in the bathroom gave us more floor space and the pedestal sink makes it feel even larger. Radiant heat under the tile floor keeps your feet warm on chilly mornings.
